Shenzhen Tingda Lighting manufactures LED headlamps, LED flashlights, mini flashlights, key chain flashlights, solar battery headlamps, super bright spotlights, miner's lights, mini annunciators (mobile phone alarms) and more. Our products are widely used in leisure activities, securities, camping, emergency lighting and others.

Three production lines output 500,000 units monthly
We have a factory occupying an area of 2,500 square meters, and our advanced machines include eight milling machines, four CNC lathes, six large plastic injection machines and more. Equipped with three production lines and staffed by 130 workers, we can manufacture up to 200,000 flashlights and 300,000 headlamps monthly - enough to fill your volume orders.

An in-house molding department staffed by 15 professionals
We operate our in-house molding department staffed by 15 personnel. With 30 percent of our annual avenue reinvested into R&D, we can release three new models monthly that are abreast with current trends. Or, you can send us your specifications, and we will have a sample ready for you in one week.

A zero product return rate
Our 10 inspectors with an average of over five years' experience check every unit carefully, making sure they are all defect-free before shipment. To ensure qualified raw materials, we source most of them from the US, Taiwan and Japan. And by working closely with 30 long-term materials suppliers, we have a stable manufacturing system for efficient production. All these result in a zero product return rate.

We currently serve over 50 OEM/ODM clients worldwide. Big buyers such as OHM (Japan) value our capabilities. These attributed to a total annual sales of $1.5 million last year, with growth of 80 percent.
